Invitation to Religious Life

God has His eyes on you as though you alone existed. Let your love flow towards Him and give thanks to Him because He is personally inviting you to become a happy person.

- Rev. Fr. Mathias Wolff SJ

Religious vocation is God’s call lovingly answered through consecrated life.

The Congregation of Jesus Mary Joseph warmly welcomes young women who wish to discern God’s call to religious life. Vocation to religious life is God’s call and we freely respond to Him by living the consecrated life and the evangelical counsels. It is challenging, and enlivening. The vitality of the ‘Congregation of Jesus Mary Joseph’ is largely determined by the quality of formation given to its members. The goal of formation is to become like Jesus ‘Son and Servant’ through living the Charism and Spirituality of Congregation and carrying forward its mission.

Only few people exist who realize keenly what God would make of them if they let him have his way. In the hands of a sculptor a rough, ill-shaped piece of wood becomes a masterful image, similarly, many people who barely live a Christian life would have become great saints if only they had not resisted what God had in mind for them.
